Hi! I'm also into that question especially I'm a graduating student. The best thing to do is to find a job, start a career! If you still want to relax, you can spend time outing with your friends and family, have fun, just to reward yourself to be able to make it! But again, having a job is the best reward you can give to yourself and to your family! Believe in your capabilities, use your skills and get a job! Start building your own future and it starts after graduation. The sooner you get a job the better.

Hiya Prashanth
Well, even I'm about to get away with my graduation .(Finally! lol) But I'm going to pursue a course in MBA or something. Also, I ain't placed yet. But I've been advised by many to go for further studies since it's a general trend that placed people are not too keen on studies later. It's obvious; once you get to see such a nice amount of cash with you, why would you be inclined towards studying more? So I'd rather suggest you to complete another course now, unless of course, if you're well placed in a reputed company. If at all you're, then they would make provisions for your further studies themselves, and there won't be any worries :-)

Work! of course work... its time to put it all (your study) to practice ( though only 30% of them are useful). It's time to get some money!!

Right after graduation, I started working so I can help with the family bills. It is really satisfying once you receive your pay check since you know that you own it on your own accord and you will mature from it. A few years later, I am back to schooling again to further enhance my skills and also for promotional purposes but I am not dependent to my parents anymore since I am working now. Funny though, I feel like I am a working student but I am really enjoying it!
