of course prayer works. prayer can move mountains. just have faith and just wait, maybe the reason why your prayer still not working maybe this is not yet the time for you. god knows every reason. and everything happens for a reason. just continue praying and just have faith. and just wait and it will come to you.
god bless to you.

Hello, First of all it is nice to see you here after MyPage5. Yes, there is definitely a supreme power which we believe as God. I told you in MyPage5 that failure is the pillar of success. Don't be pessimistic. Try to look forward and always think positive.
Prayer helps us to improve our mental strength. It also helps to concentrate our mind and gives peace to our soul. So, if you are honest, sincere and hard working man, surely you will be succeeded. It takes more time to get success than failure. So carry on my friend. Also don't forget to add me as your friend here. I have sent you friend request here.

God is good all the time sonusd! If ever God has not given you the thing that you wish for right now, I believe that it's not yet the right time for you to have it. I have experienced great works from God and I know you can too. Just believe in yourself, that you can do what you really want. Pray hard, do good all the time. I know you can do it. I'll pray for your success!

Well it really depends.......sometimes god has his own plans......he may not give you what you are looking for he may give you something else......and you may even crib about it but eventually you will realize that god gave you the right thing and you will really be happy with that......sometimes it is all about patience, he will not give you things immediately, he takes some time.....he does all things in his own time........FAITH is really important factor, if you don't have faith, you can never have your prayers answered, the bible says "when you pray believe that it has already been given unto you" you should have that much of faith, and you can see wonders......i may not devote hours in prayers, i spend small little time with god during our family prayers and it does help........
Have a nice day !!!!

God IS the answer to ALL things....sometimes things come our way so that we WILL rely on Him!! There is a season for all things.......If you don't doubt GOD...he will be faithful and answer all prayers...things come our way so that we may be directed in the path He wants us on...if we get everything WE want He can not direct our paths for His purpose...Keep the Faith Sister!!!!!!! and when things work out.....we want to hear from ya!!!!!!!!

Amen and Hallelujah and Glory to the Most high! I agree with everything that you've said, here totally! It seems that so often we want to be the ones to direct our own paths. We go to school for this that and the other, set in our hearts that we are going to be this or that and God says, no honey, I have other plans for you..... He is dealing with me about this right now..... Pray for me as I pray for you all...... Love ya......... Happy mylotting.

Honestly, I would actually say that it is not a god in particular that is going to help you. But I fully believe that it's up to you to accomplish your goals by finding a way to move through the obstacles placed forth on your path. So it ultimately boils down to your mindset. If you really want something, you're going to try very hard and never give up. Even if you believe that a god helps you, why would he help you if you don't want to help yourself, and that I am sure will never happen. Therefore, put forth some confidence, courage and realise that you really do have self worth to demolish any problem like it never existed. But don't just start off like a bulldozer and then boil down to a petal. Remember and build on this newfound strength and go forth with haste forever! If prayer is belief, then prayer works. You must believe in yourself, and by that I don't mean tricking yourself, but actually feeling that you are accomplishing, and knowing that you can - do anything. All you really have is your mind, and it is the most powerful thing in your reality, please use it.

I believe in the power of prayer and it must be first felt inside of us.If we make a phone call continuously and ringing for a long time and we're wondering if maybe we should just hang up and try again another time. Then a voice answers and simply says, "I'm here. I'm listening to you." Communication has been established!.
The power of prayer is the constant renewal of perspective. Prayer opens our eyes. It extends our horizons. It sheds light into the darkness of our fears and our sorrows, our hopes and joys, our shame and our pride. It gives us new ways of seeing life and relationships, of understanding work and the cost of growing.I don't believe that our prayer changes God's mind or improves God's disposition. God will do what God will do.
Like you,i also appeared many interviews and failed many times. But now i am happy, because now i am working as a network engineer in a software firm. There is always ups and downs in our life so dont get dissapointed.Try again an again, you will win at last.

Hello sonusd!!!
Well praying is the waste of time really if you just expect god to do everything for you. Never ever expect that, you know, we know that is impossible. So keep faith in God, we pray for you, we wish for you, keep up your determination strong and explore the ways, develop your self confidence and praying god will certainly help you build up this thing. So, Good luck, keep on the hard work...You will really get the success...Bless you...Happy mylotting...

Is prayer really working?
Hello friend, I do believe that prayer really works although sometimes it will take a while for us to see the prayers working. But I firmly believe that God hear all of our prayers. Even though he may not answer them all. Friend God knows what is best for us. Your friends can pray until they are blue in the face for you to get a certain job but if it's not God's will for your life, you may not get it. Not everything that we want in life is good for us. I had a big exam too at one time. I took it the first time, came so close but didn't pass. Then the second time. Still even closer but didn't pass. All the while I was praying and asking God to please let me pass. But now I feel like God is saying to me, if you really want it, you must really study and study really really really hard. This might be what you will have to do friend, God might be testing you to see if you really want it or not. If that isn't what God wants for you. Do not worry, he always have another plan. Remember that all things work together for the good of those that love God. Are you praying to Buddha or to God almighty? Jesus, who is God's son? I believe that could make a huge difference in your prayers also, just know for certain that you are praying to Jesus....... Finally remember that God may not always give you what you want but in the end I do believe that he will give you what you deserve. Study hard for your exam and pray and believe, then you just might pass, God bless you.Happy mylot

There's no doubt that prayer works. If you believe it, it will works. Sometimes people don't really believe it, they're only trying to bet with prayer. That's why it won't works. Have a faith and pray, that's the key. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I believe that prayers really works. You just need to believe and trust God that he will give you the best. What you are undergoing right now are trials and God is testing your patience and faith to Him. Please remember that God is always watching you and He loves you. He will not give you what is not good for you. If you don't get what you want right now, it does not mean that He is not hearing your prayers. Instead think that there is something better God is giving you. You just have to wait and keep on praying. Also, do your best and God will do the rest.

Hi,
Yes prayes do work my friend. Most of us want to see immediate results and when we dont we get disapponted and stop trusting God. When God has always been there never leaving our side. Its we who always go away from him. So keep ypour trust strong, and hang in there. When He thinks it is the right time and the right position for you you will get through your interview. Dont worry. Keep pressing on
God Bless!!

We prayed for my grandma and she made it 21 years with cancer in her kidneys and liver.God cant just make everything in your life better suddenly, you will have to struggle.Pay close attention and look at what you have,God may act unnoticeably.Or you may just have to wait a little bit.Whichever it is,God is always listening to you even if you doubt him or curse him for your bad luck. You should not give up on him becasue he will never give up on you.

Prayer is not a straight line, you ask, you get. When you pray you are engaging a part of your mind and it will work for you. But not necessarily as you request. There is a law of attraction which works without judgment or value. This law states that if your mind is engaged in obsessive thought it must continue along that line.
This means if you are worried about getting a job, the worrying part is what is important not the job part. To over come this you need to focus on the job, make a big deal of it, write a list of just what you want in a job, put pictures of others doing that job, with labels. Example, A person working at a computer, labeled data processor. What ever your dreams are bring it to life so that your mind is constantly aware of this goal. Anytime you think of a job, make it a mental picture in your mind, see yourself at work at the job. The next thing to do is to think outside the box, break down the job you want into smaller parts and consider starting work doing one of these. Instead of thinking I need a job, stop and picture yourself with the job. This turns your thinking from negative into positive thought patterns and you will attract like energy. Don't panic this takes some time to work or it may work very quickly. Mean time also look at the lessons your present condition is teaching you. This may sound like trite advise when you are facing big changes in your life but it is something you can do to help yourself. I don't know what kind of job you want but this should work with anything. Blessings

That's really nice of your friends to pray for you. but that won't work unless you yourself for the things you want. Prayers does work if you really believe in faith. I am a Roman Catholic so i can't relate with your religion. How ever, faith is a certain point where you have to put out all of your doubts and trust your God. not to mention putting out those hate against others.

I'm praying for you, brother. See, it doesn't matter whether you believe in God or not. Prayer has a lot of benefits. First, you get concentration which is the most important thing for anything. Then, once you put your burdens on god's shoulders, your mind becomes free. You'll get a clear mind. This gives you confidence and the will to work. These two things are very important for success. So, pray! Also, I've heard that the thoughts of a person affect the progress of the other. That is, if I think that you must succeed, then you'll see a good progress. But, on the other hand, if I think that you shouldn't taste success, then you are in trouble! So, you must first thank your friends and family for wishing you a good future. Their positive thoughts will definitely give you positive result. Our prayers will also guide you to success. All the best, brother!

Prayer can occur in simplest moment, but it takes a lifetime to understand how prayer works.I believed that prayer is powerful because you are communicating to a powerful God but it takes faith to believed that it will work. However, since we are praying to God there are times that we can't understand why there are a lot of prayers left unanswered. We can't understand why there are some unfair situations and there are prayers unheard. We have a lot of assumptions why God did not answer our prayers, maybe because we have sin against him or maybe because we are not walkign by faith. There are a lot of issues. But God will make things according to his purpose. It is according to his will. Anyway, if you will pray it will not hurt your chances.

Prayer is not a tool. Religion is not a scheme. One must have faith, not only towards religion and something like that, have faith on everything. Especially towards yourself. Have faith in yourself, and you life will go smoothly.
Belief in yourself, you may have lost trust on god, but never lose trust on yourself. If you do, what else you got?
Your fear is just illusions made from your own mind, when you understand this, you'll then realize that all the problem actually came from your own self, only then you can see, how simple your problem really are.
Just smile and go straight, and virtue will then follows.

Prayer works when you have faith. Without faith you will definitely not get to where or what you want to have. God trusts you with things that you can do and He gives you the best in everything. All He is asking from you is to believe and to have faith in Him. Just to give you an example from the bible, most of Gods people did not get what they want right away but they went through hardship and indeed their faith was questioned. In the end, everything works out when their faith has been tested and when they have put their trust in God. So do not think negative and go on having faith that God will put give you that job that you have never imagined. Believe me, it will be better than what you have wished for.
