In the age of technology, I am getting fully trapped in this virtual world, the cyber space... I spend most of my time (more than 7 hours per day) sitting in front of pc.. However, it enhances my tech skills but I don't like moving out nd njoy visiting places... please give suggestions on how to improvise!

If your getting to wrapped up in the internet/computer, you should try spending extended periods outside/going out places. I am a computer geek. I can easily spend 10 to 14 hours on the computer on any given day, but I have a couple of days a week put aside that I go out and hang out with my family/friends. If you don't feel like going out, have people close to you come over, and have real face to face conversations with them.

get you internet friends out to hang about for a chat. More fun then stick to the computer all the time.

Well if you don't like it whizkid then you have to change your routine or otherwise you'll get stuck over here. I get the same feeling sometimes but now it's a part of my life and I can't avoid it. Sometimes life seems much better far from my room and spending time with friends and family, relaxing and enjoying with them without anything to worry about. I can't do that now. I always want to get back to my room and pc as soon as possible. So i don't enjoy any gatherings or dinners anymore. The point is, if you don't want your life to be like this then don't make yourself used to of this and spend sometime outside your room and away from your computer.

It is easy to get consumed by your PC. I myself can easily spend the hours typing away here but you must make time in the "real" world. It is not the same on chat sites and such, as it is for real communication. I see it happpening in the youth so much that they can't carry on a real conversation because you can't text it! LOL I also take "off" two days a week just to regroup and get my outside things done. No body else will do it for you. Make a schedule if you need too. It helps.
