hi there, well as far as i know carrot contains rich vitamins and minerals that are really importany and good for eyesight. Well when i was younger i still remember my used to tell me to eat carrots and the more i eat the more sharper eyesights i will have like rabbits. Well i am not sure if rabbits do have good eyesights but i am preety sure that the vitamins and minerals that carrot contains certainly has a good effect on eyesights. I also remember one of my friend who went to the doctor and asked how couls she improve her eye sight and one of the suggestion that was given was to eat raw carrots or boiled carrots. Infact all vegetables are actually good for the body and we should take all kind of vegetables in our daily intakes and that includes carrot as well if it is possible.
anyway have a great day ahead, and happy mylotting.
best regards,
alvingb

Carrots do contain vitamins and minerals that are good for the health of your eyes, but I think that they are probably more useful for keeping your eyes healthy and preventing problems than treating problems that have already occurred. I haven't ever heard of anyone curing bad eyesight by eating a lot of carrots. If that were the case, I would be having carrots for three meals every day.
