club med bali roxs!

i just have to share this with whoever is interested in readin'... i recently went to club med bali for my honeymoon and omg did the place rocked! the hubby and i enjoyed it so much that we were unwillin' to leave! but alas, we had to but we definitely have planned to make a trip there again. there's so much to do at club med that even our 5-days stay there was not enough. the wicked thin' bout club med is that one can choose to have an activity filled day or just a lazy chilled out sessio by the pool or the beach. the pool area was just amazin' and reminds me of those pools we in movies from those miami hotels?? lots of cabanas and loungers for you to laze on. the bar is just next to it and free flow of drinks (coz everythin' is all inclusve!) is just a devine experience. the activities were plenty from archery to golf to yoga to windsurfing to snorkellin', beach volleyball and heaps more. the hubby even managed to a game of soccer with other guests and staff of club med. the staff....omg they were just amazin'. really friendly bunch of people who's always keen to be of service. Bless them for even though they seem to have the most awesome jobs, it can be tirin' and for them to have a smile on their faces every time a guest is around, is just commendable. oh wait i haven't mentioned the food. omg the food! one will never starve at club med. they feed you like no tomorrow. buffet meals at their main restaurant will keep your tummies full. they have breakfast, late breakfast (for those late risers or those busy with mornin activities), lunch, late lunch, snacks, dinner, late dinner and soemtimes midnight snacks! it was heaven! we even made friends with a squirrel that would come to the restaurant for breakfast and guests are always more than willin' to give nuts and dried fruits to him. the husbby and i named him larry. hehe there are also after dinner activities which keep everyone entertained. we were lucky to be there when a moscow circus troupe were around. on our last night, we were treated to a beach party which was just awesome! party people!!! ok...enough gushin bout club med for now. there are heaps more to say but i better stop here before i don't stop at all! but yeah in summary...should you have a chance to visit bali, please go to club med! you will NOT regret it!
