How many hours do you sleep a day?
I realize i'm sleeping more than necessary.
Apart my nightly rest, i feel that i'm normally tired at say 3pm. And hence, i take a nap and end up waking up arnd 5-ish 6.
I'm trying to break this habit though. Because i tend to sleep at 4am and wake at 10pm daily. I think that might be the reason why i feel tired.
What about you? What are your sleeping hours like?

I often sleep up to 7 hours during the night and yet I feel it is really not enough. I usually will nap for 20 minutes during lunch hour. The day that I don't sleep during lunch, I will definitely not be able to focus on my work.
On weekend, I usually sleep for over 9 hours... I know it is a bit too much but then I don't have other things to do. :)

I tend to go to sleep for about 6 hours when I got college the next day, I sleep at 2am and wake up about 8am, this is the worst sleep I get. If I sleep for 6 hours then I normally have a nap whenever I feel sleepy. Weekends I sleep more I go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 12am that 10 hours sleep and I rarely take naps on these days I'm just lazy those days. Also if I am going to the gym I have a nap about two hours before I go so I can get my energy back.

My sleeping hours has been, say unnatural, since I've started working after finishing my college. I started working at night and it has been like that for about 4 years now. I've been used to complete the "required" hours of sleep per day, 8 hours but still I feel weak, I realize that it is still healthy to sleep at night rather the other way around.
