Hi bala! I have not always made the right choices but I have done the best I could with what I was given. The funny thing is that sometimes there is no good choice so you have to choose the best of them. I think there's not many people who can say they have always made the right choice but it is the wrong ones that we learn from and make us who we are sometimes. Take care.

Right Jen there are so many factors that influence our judgement in taking the right decision. We all tend to make errors.May be the percentage vary from pr son to person.
But the right thing to do is to learn from our follies and improve as we tread along.

It's difficult to say whether every choice was the right one Bala. I'm sure many of them were not. Else i would not have made the mistakes that i did. It's important we take full responsibility of the choices and take control of them.

I think I do have taken the right choices once in a while, if I'm given too many choices then I will be confused and will make mistakes. People learn from mistakes but I think I will ever learn from my mistakes as sometime I'm really blur that I will make the same kind of mistakes again.

Hi Bala,
Well the answer to that for me is no I haven't always made the right choices and have later regretted the situation I have either been put in or what the result of my choice has been...but then really has anyone really always made the right choices in life. Life is a lesson and we all learn from our mistakes...LoLo

Nah, not always. We are all human after all. Sometimes we would take the wrong choice with the thinking that its the right one. Then there are those times when taking the wrong choice would actually bring in the right results or that something good/better will come out of taking that wrong choice instead of taking the usual proper 'right' one.
Though, two wrong choices does not make a right. That wont ever change.
So, we can all just choose a side and hope for the best.

You have completely succeeded in confusing me in deciding to make the choices. To take the right choice or wrong choice or to make two wrong choices to make it one right choice or to make two right choices to make it but as a one single right choice.

This is a very good question. Unless a crime has been committed or someone has been seriously wronged, i don't believe that there is such a thing as a wrong choice, because even in the choies that don't give us the desired result, a lesson will always be learned, and there are no mistakes where lessons are learned.

NO Bala and people who say that they have have a wrong perception of themselves. The fact the we are bestowed with so many choices leave us bewildered and the ambiguity leads to not so right kind of choices, sometimes, which, gets to WRONG choices altogether. My life is full of wrong choices. In fact the most important decisions had been wrong even when the choices were in darkness and I had well wishers warning me prior to those. But then, we do wrongs only to NOT to do it again. That's the beauty of life. We grow wiser, better, stronger. Atleast I would like to think it that way.

Such is the rich tapestry of an existence! We'd never be able to test our faith, or challenge our quest for knowledge and wisdom; or even determine the light and dark side of anything if it weren't for choices! No, I most certainly haven't always made the right choices and I doubt very much that a time in my life will ever come where I'm flawless in this regard in any way at all! Where I'm sitting right this very second came about because of a chain of choices. One single deviation in the chain of events I created could have resulted in me being somewhere else entirely! We will ALWAYS make less than desirable choices in life and we will ALWAYS make mistakes. The key is to ensure we never make the same ones twice! All I am and all I ever will be is because of life choices.

You got that so right. I try my best to make the right choices for the time being. I then find out later, that it was not the right choice at all. We learn from these choices though.

Hello balasri. I think that I have chosen the right choice in my life and work. Because I am happy for it already. I am glad that I have move from my original working town to another one which is much more advanced with a much better location and higher salary, which enables me to enjoy more of my life. I am glad that my wife did a lot pushing me to move to the right place. She is of a great help to me. I appreciate her for what she has done.
So what about you, friend? Is it ok or are you happy for the choices you have ever made? Anyway, all the best to you.

Dear William I have always made the right choices in all spheres of my life. The college, the place of the college, wife, house, the locality of the house, child, school for the child, profession and my lifestyle.I hardly remember me worrying at anything in my life. And I never cared to sit down and feel jealous about others around me too.A utter waste of time which won;t be doing anything enjoyable to your soul.So I keep moving on with the blessing of the God almighty.

no and yes!
all of the choices I have made in my life have led me to be the woman I am today
so they were all the right choices
some of them may not have been the best or smartest choices but things turned out ok

Not always sadly my friend, well certainly not when the stakes are high! Sometimes I let my wallet rule my brains, in that if I am saving money then I will take the wrong choice and live to regret it. For example when my partner at the time offered to let me live with them when I lost my job and I was worried about losing my home, and I was offered rent free I took it, I was so damn stupid and if I had really of thought about it I should have said NO! But I said yes and lived to bitterly regret it. But hey life is about making mistakes and hindsight is a wonderful thing looking back. I try to write the pros and cons for both choice but you still have to make that choice and sometimes there is no turning back once you have made it! I just hate the risks so I try to coward my way out and not find myself with big decisions to make and if I do I dither too much, panic and start a worrying bout. Crazy eh!

You can definitely do better than that friend. What are you and who are you afraid of. Come on Wolfie. Past is a dream. We are not even sure whether it all happened. The present is the absolute reality with us the more unnoticeable and insignificant things in the universe. We are not that important or big enough to be afraid or feel sorry about anything. Let us be normal and brave from this instant as if nothing ever has happened before in our lives. That is the way I look at life. I don't want to lose the precious moments that are slipping by with every tick tock of the clock.

Yes, life does throw many choices at us, and sometimes there are problems. But that is the nature of life for all living things, because by facing problems and making choices we grow stronger. Yes, I have made mistakes, but mistakes are not there to punish me, they are there so that I can learn. - Derek

Heck no! I made my first mistake when I left school too early and learned many lessons the hardest possible way. Nowadays I am where I know I should be; I just chose the longest most difficult path to get here! These days I still have choices of course; every event or circumstance that occurs gives me the opportunity to choose; shall I contribute or shall I hinder? It is not what life gives out that can make or break you; it is how you choose to perceive it.

Your life is the sum result of all the choices you make, both consciously and unconsciously. If you can control the process of choosing, you can take control of all aspects of your life. You can find the freedom that comes from being in charge of yourself.

I have made many mistakes in my life. From those mistakes I've learned something. I've got a question, how would you know if you have taken the right choices? What if you choose something, a choice which is wrong in the eyes of the people that surround you but in your heart you feel it's right or a choice which is right in their eyes but in you it's wrong because that's not what you want?

That is a very good question. We have to live for ourselves and not for others. We know if a decision is good or bad with our past experiences and present knowledge gathered. And If anything comes out negative with the choice we have taken isn't it proof enough that we have taken the wrong choice and isn't it time we learn from our mistakes.

Hi there. Well, I completely agree on you. I think whatever choice we make, it is always the right choice. It may have resulted us not so good things before but eventually, there will be really good things that can root on it. Yet, we should still be careful when making a decision. Prevention is better that cure. Happy myLotting!

There are many choices we need to take and then a small portion of them you got to make the right one or you will bare very bad consequences.
But there are a much bigger portion that you just make your choice and see something happened. There really isn't "right" or "wrong" with the choice you make. You go into a fast food shop and you choose between burger and french fries, which one is the right choice?
I will say that instead of thinking whether a choice is right or wrong. Focus more on how you learn something from it. Make the choice one that you simply won't regret.

Well friend when you feel like eating a burger and choosing French fries on the insistence of someone or something then it becomes the bad choice.Do what you like to do.That is the right choice for you.And you just cannot make a bad choice and keep focusing on it to learn something you can very well relax focus and make the right choice in the beginning itself to save a lot of trouble.Just my opinion friend.
