At what age do we start to feel old? Is there a particular age when we suddenly stop and think "Oh my god, I'm old!" or is it just at any age when we are feeling old or when a particular event happens in your life (Such as having grandchildren or something). A lot of people say 30 is an age when people start feeling old, i think that is still quite young, not even middle age! Maybe 40/50 i think. Personally, i think we are only ever as old as we feel. If you are healthy, active and happy and enthusiastic about things your whole life then you can still be "youthful" even when you are old and grey. Youth is more on the inside than the outside maybe?
What is your view?
