Which is more important to earn more : opening discussions or posting responses

Hello ... as I know I asked many silly question recently but I'm new here and I don't know many things till now ...
which will make you be paid more opening discussions or posting response on the others discussions ???
I'm asking because my payment is really little and want to increase it ...

Hi,
In my experience, I've noticed that posting interesting discussions tends to earn me more than responding to posts. However, I tend to go with the flow and do both when I feel like it.

Hi 3orabi,
Slight correction: That's not actually what I said. I mentioned that I'd earned over $5k SINCE JAN '08. I make that out to be 18 months (though I wish I'd done it in a year!)
Ultimately, I'd like to mentor beginners who are interested in using writing to make money online. To get me up & running, I'm looking for one or two people to coach for free - so if you're interested in that, let me know.

Its not whether you open or post a discussion its how high others rate your discussions. If you get more positive(+) signs for your posts then you earn more. So good responses and good discussions help you earn more. Its the quality thats important and not the quantity..

If you start a discussion with an interesting topic which gives something to discuss it will earn something for you when it receives one response. After that it will not earn you anything else, even if it receives 100 responses UNLESS you go back and comment on the responses. We earn for our own activity and not that of others.
Therefore if you start a discussion, while you are waiting for it to receive some reponses so that you can comment on them, you can respond on discussions by others. All your own activity, if it is of quality, will earn for you.

Hmmm. . .It depends on your status..For me making money is more important because I'm unemployed. Others like discussions, they do not bother the earnings because they're rich. Or the have other ways of making an income.
