I try to add my blog here in mylot,but i do not understand what this is. feed URL*.Where i find this url and what is it?

You may find it in your blog settings. If you don't have it you may create your own feed. Search on sites that offers URL feed like feedburner.com. Simply follow the steps and there you have it you will have now you're feed URL.
