koobux, a new launched-now-gone-later?

hi. just a couple of days ago when I joined in koobux.com. Obviously, it is a new paid-to-click site. I find it a good site, has a potential, it's paying though, but yesterday, I learned that a well-known site has classified it under their scam list, simply because it has stopped paying due to alleged script upgrade. And accordingly, from another source, a payments can still be processed even if there is an upgrade in the script. Now, what do you think, is it a new launched-now-gone-later site?
