Just came back to Vancouver a few days ago, I can't say i miss this place much, other than my parents being here. But there's one thing that you can't find any better alternatives than Vancouver. If you've been here, you would definitely know. Vancouver's got the best source of fish, because of the lovely Pacific Ocean! So...the city's sushi restaurants have become world famous for trying to outdo each other by offering superb quality all-you-can-eat sushi, at the best prices to be found anywhere on the planet!! Quality sushi in Janpan, and many Japanese tourists marvel at Vancouver's huge selection of quality sushi restaurants. In the past decade, the price of eating sushi in Vancouver has tumbled, with sushi restaurants literally on every street corner, and the fierce competition has driven the cost of a quality all-you-can-eat east sushi dinner down to $CAD 15 to 20 range. Can't say all these without suggesting a few good places... If you are in Vancouver by any chance or you luckily live here, try them!! google these restaurant names....will give location and phone number.. Fish on Rice, E-bei, BC sushi, Tampopo, Shun jin, Tomokazu, Shabusen Anyone here is also a fan???

I also think sushi are very expensive, I love sushi very much, but every time I go to restaurant, I have to worry about how expensive they are. So it is good to have sushi in all-you-can-eat buffet.

There must be something in the sushi's because they are addictive. They are rather pricey. In a grocery store you can buy them 6 for $5.99 or 8 for $7.99. It seems as thought some restaurants will make a special of 2 for the price of one. That is what a young friend said. I have no intention of going 60 miles out for sushi even at half price. I live in Quebec, Canada. I wonder if they are as expensive elsewhere?

I have to say...if you get them from grocery store, chances are they are not as good, and are very pricy. I'm talking about ALL-You-Can-Eat sushi restaurants, where they serve like over 50 different kinds of item, and you can order unlimited items as long as you can finish them. and that only cost like 20/person.
