I have a friend who gets boils. He just lets them take there course. I found information on Webmd on boils when you put that word in to search. It will give you the information you need onhow to treat them and how you get them in the first place.

I agree--you should look at boil remedies on WebMD. Some people find it helpful to visit a doctor to have them lanced and drained. Other people find poultices helpful in clearing them up. But whatever you do to them, it really ought to be tried and true, or you risk making them worse.
If these are on your face, consider consulting a dermatologist about long term remedies. Accutane cured mine. (Accutane, though, is very strong and can be dangerous; it's only appropriate for some people.)

Thank God they're not on the face.. I'm actually applying an ointment named "Synalar" because this was recommended by my mom's dermatologist. However what I dreaded are the aftermath of boils because they usually leave marks on them.. :( Huhuhu thanks I'll also try the boil remedies on WebMD.

Oh good, I'm glad you have a treatment recommended by a dermatologist!! I hope it works. Otherwise, you just have to let it run its course If it bursts or starts oozing and draining, keep a wad of tissue there. You can probably hold it on loosely with a band-aid.
Unfortunately boils do tend to leave scars. :\ Hopefully they'll fade with time. Once it heals, use skin oils (like sweet almond oil, or olive oil) on the HEALED skin to promote elasticity and scar reduction.

I am Diabetic, and before I was able to get my Sugar levels under control, I was always having problems with them, and had to even get some of them lanced. But a lot of people get these from time to time. Sometimes it is just something that happens, or other times it could be a type of infection going on somewhere as well. What I suggest is try some of the other tips listed here, and then if you still cannot rid of them see what your Doctor might suggest as well.

actually cecillecarmela . I have heard the best thing for boils is to bring them to a head . .so take hot compressors and I mean as hot as you can take them and give applying them to the boils .. they should soften up and sooner or later come to a head. . i would then put some oitment on them to keep then sterile and sealed ready to heal . ..
are they at all painful?
