live a relaxed and unhurried life or not?

Hi there, I am living a relaxed and unhurried life right now. Makes me feel good and life is so not stressful. Even the city i lived in is not so that fast and still has its laidnack sub-urban atmosphere.

I want to live a relaxed and unhurried life because it is not stressful. But I want to seize the day and make each day count by loving and serving others. I want to live one day at a time and not worry about things that are never happening because they will only make me sick. Just enjoy and chill life because life is short!!!

Its healthier, and of course easier, to live slowly and not worry about things. Worrying causes stress and aches. We all need to be relaxed. If bad things are going to happen, then try not to worry.
