God will provide! / myLot

hi all! i want to continue in declaring god's goodness, kindness, grace, and mercy. and i want to continue to re-affirm to myself that God will provide. that i do not need to worry because God will provide. true, we have so many needs now. growing needs in fact. and we have debts to pay...still so much debt, because before i had been enjoying much income. and my bank account is drained now. but i believe that God will provide and I know that He will! I will continue to praise Him and affirm in myself and to let the whole world know that He will provide...in one way or the other! take care all and God bless you! and may God open the floodgates of heaven to bless us all! :-) happy mylotting and happy sunday to you all!

it's good to have so much faith in God and his blessings and kindness.. i, too, always believe that God will provide - provided we do something first.. i know a lot of people that have 'too much' faith that God will provide, that they would 'sit idly' - no effort to earn their own income - because 'God will provide'..?? So.. yes, God will provide - if we work for it.. not wait for 'miracle' to happen..

I believe that God will provide, but I also agree with the old saying from Puritan England - 'Put your trust in God, but keep your powder dry.' In other words, we can expect God to abide by His Covenant with us, but in the day to day stuff I believe he expects us to use our God-given abilities to deal with our day to day lives. This is surely part of our Christian service? Best of luck and may His blessings continue for us all - but remember to serve Him through your activities.
