What's your favorite Chinese food?

There's a new Chinese place that just opened by me. I tried a few dishes from them. When I was younger, I used to only eat chicken and broccoli from Chinese resturants. Then, I began to like chicken lomein and General Tsu chicken. From this place, I found my new favorite, orange flavor beef. What's your favorite Chinese food and has it always been your favorite?

years ago the bookmaker i worked for would take us to chinese restaraunt every saturday night.
we would all usually have our favourite dishes, mine were, scrambled egg soup, sweet and sour pork, and chicken fried rice.
as i have better taste these days, i love to order, sweet roast pork entree, beef n black bean main, and we usually share chicken omelettes and special fried rice.
have you guessed ....chinese is my absolute favourite food, lol.

My favorite Chinese food would be crispy noodles. For some reason, I'm so addicted to this dish. I just love the combination of crunchy noodles and tasty sauce with all sorts of toppings.
