How create new software? Which software used to create new software?

I know only computer basics, but i interested in creating new softwares. please say which course study for this, including approximate Fee & duration of course. Can you say about books available for study this.help me

hello there..I am an IT student...well, i think if thats what ur looking for..take courses like mine, Information Technology and Computing sciences. Ppl from graduated from these courses, your career opportunities can be:Programmers, Software engineer,Analyst,Software developer(the one you like..:D),IT educator,Web developer,Network Admin,and a lot more...(you can PM me if you want to know all since i have a list..:)
i actually took up this course because i like to be a programmer and web developer and an animator and a game developer..so its also good to self-study some subjects that ur school cant teach you..for example like mine..
i self-studied for 2 months, a program to create your own 3D characters or anything u imagined..coz i want to be someone who make movies like The Incredibles or Nemo, or even a developer who can develop games like Sims..i just like 3D stuff..so Good Luck in choosing what course you'll take..Have a nice day..:D

oh yeah..sorry..i forgot to place the fees and duration of the course..well mine is like PHP24000 or in dollars i converted it approx. $600 in 1 semester or 6 months..since im studying on of the best schools in our country..and about books, i only got web programming and graphic designing books given to me by one of our computer programmer friends...but i think, one software is Microsoft Visual Basic Studio..im not really sure, but this is what my cousin, whose a programmer too uses in her databases..Have a nice day again..:D
