How do you Organize your Music Library on Computer or iPod?

Well, the title explains them all, how do you organize your music?
I have alot of musics here but they're not organized properly. I mean like: There's Ferry Corsten, Ferry Corsten feat. Betsie Larkin, Ferry Corsten feat. Tiesto, etc
And I also got an album which contains Various Artists such as Fragma, BBE, Armin van Buuren, and many more (101 Trance Anthems)
Nah, What I am asking for is: How do you organize the musics like that?
For the Featuring thingy, do you tag your music like: Ferry Corsten - Made of Love (Feat. Betsie Larkin), or Ferry Corsten feat. Betsie Larkin - Made of Love?
For the various artists, do you tag your music with the correct artist? Or you tag them as "Various Artists"?
I mean, correct artist is, in that album there's more than one artist, so for track 1 it's Tiesto, for track 2 it's Armin van Buuren, for track 3 it's Paul van Dyk, etc
Well, please tell me! Because I want to organize my music on my iPod without duplicate artists like that featuring thingy.

I organize by artists. The ones that I don't know the artists of, I keep them in a folder titled others. If I download them with a software like Limewire, I leave them in the Limewire downloads folder. My computer's filled with music because I love it!

Well, But if you're on Windows Media Player or WinAMP or whatever the music player is, sometimes you can sort your music based on the artist, how do you tag it? Do you tag them as "Artist feat. Another Artist - Title" or "Artist - Title (Feat. Another Artist)?

I mostly download albums so on itunes they'll be put into albums automatically and in my download folder they would be in album folders too but if i wanted just a random song i'll put that into a folder called 'other' :)
