Yawning a lot before going to bed

It is better people say that we should go to bed only if we begin to yawn a number of times. Otherwise we may not get sleep at all and we will be simply writhing on the bed. Sometimes books may lull us to sleep.

It is probably true that yawning is a very good sign that you are tired, as yawning is a way to keep us away, but just waiting for yawning to start is not a good way to tell when to go to sleep as yawing only starts when you are very tired. The best time to go to sleep is when you begin to feel tired.

Did you know that yawning is infectious? When one person starts ywaning, every man around him will begin to yawn as well.

Yawning is a sign that you're tired and you need to rest. Other theories says that yawning is a way to cool off your brain temperature..:D

Well I really do not think that you should be yawning at all since when you get to bed it is rather an instinct that you have to yawn at it. But I do not believe that it is a prerequisite for you to yawn first to get yourself to sleep.

Yes, the yawn is signal from your body. It tells you are tired and better to go to sleep now. If you yawn a number of times, you can fall asleep quickly and deeply.
