Has Nomincashout become a scam

Well i have been visiting this site and for sometime now there has been a problem. Recently there was a message the site was hacked Now i was able to login in but there was a message sayin that the site has been hacked and said thanks for ur wasted time and money. Has it turned into a scam really?

It´s defintely a scam. When you upgrade it shows a message that says: I scammed you bi**** It´s a pitty :(

Well have u checked out the forums. I dunno if its really scammed or some one again hacked into the system. THts the major confusion

THe site was hacked thats why i don know for sure if its turned out to be a scam or once again some hackers played a game. THanks for the participation
