Does a dog bark the same here and there..? .`'.

I always wondered if a dogs bark the same here in the US as the barks in Asia. Language is very interesting especially when dogs just bark and if they meet each other will they understand each other. And imagine if they were speaking the same language will dogs really attack each other like humans?

I am inclined to think that dogs have the same language as other dogs and they are more astute and observant than people. cheers!!
