hello all
we know that web directories are good to get a traffic , i found one and i really like the system on it, free to sublit the url , then if you want , you can bid it to get listed at the first page, always ;)

I agree with oudine2. It is not required to add directory link on your site (reciprocal link). But there should be an option: Free submission (without reciprocal but slow approval)
I don't think, it is bad practice by providing a back link to directory site, because the directory send one way link, the same way you can add his link on any of your pages, not required to put in main page.
