PTC, PTR and other fast money =recent global economic downturn?

Recently, i feel that rapid emerging and increasing number of these website probably connected to the global economic situation, internet in an alternative way to generate alternative income by some personnel with their knowledge in this field. If this connection is true, maybe most of the site are scam and probably their admin will close the site when they achieve the amount they neede. Maybe i m wrong also..this rapid growth of particular site may be connected to new emerging world market? Anyone have opinion on this?

There are many sites out there that are scams. I prefer to do what I already knows pays or my other side line. That way I know I am getting what is owed to me.
