Things To Do - Yahoo Upcoming

I actually have an odd problem this summer - nothing to do! I don't have to work, or campaign for office, so I have lots of free time on my hands. But, what do I do! Well, luckily I stumbled across this site called Upcoming - Events and Things To Do. Just put in your city and it spits out everything going on that particular day. Plus, it has a calendar feature for those of you who like to plan ahead.

Wow, I just checked this out! This is INCREDIBLE I thought it would only list like giant events like a fair but it's listing events I didn't even know about in my town!
Since when did my town have a skating club, and since when did my town have a chess club as well?! This is all brand new to me!

What a great find! Like the other responder I always find out the day of or a week later. Sure wish that they had had this feature back when I lived in the US. Probably doesn't work here in Mexico! But I will tell all my friends back home.

Thank you for this site. Our town paper usually reports that something is going on the day of or the day after an event. I will give this a try.
