any good ad viewer site out there

I have a star rating system and video tutorials for the sites I promote so you understand how they work before you sign up. I am also a fan of clixsence. I am thinking about getting premium account with them. It's only 10 bucks a year. I asked another forum I posted on how fast people made their money back and they said pretty quickly.
