My god, some body tell me how to loose weight fast.

I am going to China for vacation and girls there are like sticks, so thin. compare to them, i am far away from sticks, I don't want to be a stick, becuse I will never be one. but at least loose a little bit of weigt would help alot. thank you everyone.

Saprinafly, what is your timetable? When are you going to China? If you have a month, start walking now. You have to count 15,000 steps a day before you take off your walking shoes. Take plenty of liquid, more than the eight glasses health buffs require. Saprinafly, you need to do this or you'd never get to cross the Great Wall, ha ha. Seriously, have fun walking.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Eat breakfast, drink lots of water. Believe it or not green tea burns calories very fast. Eat negative calorie foods, these all helped me lose about 20 pounds

Hi and smile. Losing weight is not an easy way because it requires self discipline. When you are truly motivated and set goals for yourself then you really can reach your target normal weight. Ill advise you to do the following: 1) Post a picture of a slim and healthy girl in your own room - this will make you motivated. 2) Buy or get a dress in your closet - the one that wont fit you much so you can see the difference every week when you try to fit that dress. 3) After waking up in the morning, drink 2 glass of water. preferably warm water plus lemon drops (half of lemon squeeze in your glass) do this when you dont have active ulcer, this will help you get rid of the cholesterol. 4) Stretch, exercise, clean your room, jump and never eat meals in front of television. 5) fruits and vegetables is a must. 6) treat yourself once a week. happy mylotting and smile always

and oppppss... never ever get yourself dehydrated. Drink lots of water, fruit and vegetable juices is good too, but no one can beat water. It will flush those toxins out.
