Do you always carry candies in your bag when you go out?

I don't put candies in the bag, i put them in my pocket...that's why i forget about them and in the end of the day they are crushed and still not eaten..

I seldom carry candy in my bag as they are basically made out of sugar and sugar is the last thing I want to take in. But then, I always have chewing gum in my bad especially those that can clean the smell of the mouth. I admit, my mouth smells bad and therefore chewing gum is my best friend here.

Not all the time but most of the time especially in long trips/travel. well just like you, i have this feeling of being nauseated sometimes that when i' feel hungry, i have to eat something right away. it's a good thing though because it somehow suppress my appetite during meal time.

Yes, candies and snacks. If not for me then for the kids. I also bring extra snacks etc to the pool or park when we go, just in case there is an extra child there playing with us that does not have a snack.
