Well, in such a critical case, I suggest you to format both of your systems.
But if you can't do that, then create a rescue disc using ESET or some good antivirus programs.
Or try restoring your system using System Restore and take a backup of your important documents.

Well rony I suggest you first take your all data backup in some external storage device like pen drive, USB Hard disk or CDs/DVDs.. Of course to take back up of 100-200 GBs is not a small thing but just take backup of your Windows installed drive (mostly C:\) and then go to following link
http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/WelcomePage.asp
it is online norton antivirus scan.. it is really very useful link when your computer needs to get repair.. scan your pc and laptop and remove the viruses.
You can also go for free avg version if you are not believing to use pirated softwares. and also install windows defender and spybot search and destroy ( reinstall ) and scan with it. use registry mechanic to make your registry clean.
after all work set.. I suggest take your data into other drive and format your system once.. but before that try to get solution without format.. :-)
Hope it is useful to you.

Yup! Take the backup and format as it is nearly impossible to get the viruses completely out of your systems.

OMG! I fully understand your frustration right now and I believe that those stuff on your hard drive are so important that's why you cant reformat your HD.
MY RECOMMENDATION IS:
1. Try to use AVG... it is the best antivirus that I know.
2. Or try to insert your hard drive to a different computer with a good antivirus installed.
3... I will think of some other stuff I know.. hope this will help.
Keep in touch.. I would love to help you out.
