more time sleep

I generally slept more time ie 8 to 10 hours daily. is it good for health. In the mornig after finishing the break fast i was geeting very much sleep and i manage that in journy.

Sleeping for 8 hours a day is healthy. But more than that can make you lazy. And moreover, we have too much work to do also. If we spend all the time in sleeping, we may not complete our work in time. So sleep as much as required.

Well I guess more than 8 hours I think you should move your body already as we are only required 7-8 hours for adults but for children up to 10 hours. I believe you belong to the adult group so I would assume that 8 hours sleep is good enough for you. I think too much of everything would not be good already to our body we need to physically exert also.

WElcome to Mylot I sleep 6 to 7 hourse daily but i see that i finish my sleep complete. I don't like to loose my sleep. I am also particular that I finish all my work in time. Happy Mylotting.

i ussually sleep for 4-5 hours.cause i got some imsonia.in the morning i feel so sleepy,but i can't sleep.cause i had awork to do and usually it alerady finish in the evening,after that i hang out with my friend and come home almost in 12pm,i'm so tired but i don't know why i'm still not getting sleep'it is so toture me.there are so many way i try to treat from my insomnia,but it's not already work.so anyone please give me some advise for me .so i can sleep well again.
