i want to propose for marriage to my class mate , i found various qualities in her which i always dreamed my to be wife would have . what would be the best way to propose , plz help

You could always do it at a big crowd or after spending the evening with her or after something very romantic happens between you two.

romantic not possible , u see i am religious and i always wanted the same quality in my to be wife and she has it, but not to that extent yet , but i see potential in her .My religion puts some restriction on me when dealing with females . cannot touch them, cannot be friends with.if u like someone to that extent straight forward propose for marriage because her consent it the most important thing.
