I want to know what can I actually do by ordering PTC hits, Sign-ups and banner impressions? let's take for example I order Sign-ups Will jillsclickcorner provide sign-ups to my CPA offers? Will these sign-ups be unique? If the affiliate program pay me $2 per sign-up, I buy 10 sign-ups will I be earning $20?
