I watch pretty much everything but i am going to take a break of korean dramas. There's too much romance and sad situations all the time. x_x The drama I love the most right now and can't wait for the next episode is called: "samurai high school". It's hilarious and has action with a little romance in there. It's a guy who goes to high school and sometimes gets possessed by his ancester who was a samurai. SO he does alot of awkward things. Not to forget, the main guy is very hot. *_* i suggest you to watch this japanese serie. have fun there :P

I love watching japanese too and I just finished watching Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (Japanese Drama) and it is funny and cute and I think it is from an anime. I also love Nodame Cantabile and love how they play music. You may also like Hotaru no Hikari (Japanese Drama). Like also Hana Kimi (Japanese version), Meichan no Shitsuji which are both about high school too. And Pride...I think I listed a lot japanese...got carried away...

I loved Fated To Love You. Taiwanese dramas are funny because they add little animations such as pink or red dots to a character's cheek to emphasize blushes or they add little sad or happy faces and the music they use is upbeat most of the time.
As for korean dramas it seems like most of the time the songs they use are love songs. Probably to get you ready to start crying. hehe.

I first fell in love with the story of "Which Star Are You From" and the concept of the title that goes with the whole story. It's about a man who moves on with his life with another girl that resembles his ex-girlfriend and soon they found out that the ex-girlfriend and this new girl are long lost sisters and eventually it lead to a love that they have to fight for.. It's a wonderful story..

There are sooo many dramas that I like that i can probably fill the whole page. I like the two you mentioned (Jewel in the Palace and One liter of tears). I also like Queen Seon Deok. But sometimes i just want to have a feel good drama so I also like romantic comedies like Full House, Coffee Prince, Stars Falling from The Sky, Boys over flower, That Fool, You're Beautiful and I am currently watching Personal taste and quite like it too.
