Cystic Acne..HELP!!

I have been suffering from this since 18. It just recently got worse to the point where I had to schedule an appointment to see a dermatologist. As a teenager, I never had a problem with acne. It started after my first pregnancy. Does anyone else here suffer from this and if it has cleared up, what products did you use? If you saw a doctor about it, what medication did they prescribe if you didn't have to take accutane?
