Many people think that a fun-filled,painfree life equals happiness .Actually this way reduces their chances of attaining real happiness. More often than not, things that lead to happiness invovle some pain.
Couples with infant children are lucky to get a whole night's sleep or a three-day vacation.I don't know any parent who would choose the word fun to describe raising children .But couples who decide not to have children never know the joys of whatching a child grow up or of playing with a grandchild.
This is my opinion.I hope everyone don't be afraid of the responsibility.Infact, happiness is very simple.Happiness often goes hand in hand with pain .
What do you think about it?

I agree. It seems discomfort in the physical or psychological sense leads to happiness.
Perhaps to be constantly happy requires constantly changing from being free from certain discomfort into acquiring new discomforts. It seems to be the ups and downs of life that produce a constructive busy state that seems to most closely approximate happiness...
There is a saying: "What is one's great joy today was one's great pain yesterday..."
(something like that :)

I fully agree with you...well basically for me happiness can only obtain by a person when one fails and learn..have great responsibilitiea and face it...be with the people you love...if a person achieves this I'm preety sure that that person will live with contentment and happiness..
