too many call centers here in the philippines.. but which truly is the best?

I have worked for 18 months on a company that claims "they perform".. Working there is like a roller coaster ride, that you can not tell wether you are gonna be staying or you ought to leave the company.. lots of salary disputes on my case.. whooaa... who would ever imagine i have stayed there for such a long period of time.. well, i may say it is mainly because of my colleagues there whom ive spent most of my time.. and i really treasure the friendship that we have made.. but it came to a point that i thought ive had enough of those salary disputes and so i have to move to a diff company.. and now im set to start with a new company who is saying they are Number 1 by a mile.. well i hope my luck is in here.. and on that note i may consider the number1 by mile is the best call center here in the Philippines..
