Which university is more radical? PUP or UP

I know University of the Philippines have radical students who express their thoughts and feeling by going on rally etc. to fight for what they know is right. Same with Polytechnic University of the Philippines. But I want to know who is more radical.. Are they really fighting for the truth, justice, or whatever is right?
