What's for dinner?

Here it is pretty much too hot to be cooking anything at the moment, the thought of putting the cooker on is horrible, so recently it's mainly just salad, salad and more salad, topped with something that can be left alone to cook in the oven at a safe distance, such as chicken wings or foil wrapped fish. Luckily the salad stuff is great at this time of year and doesn't get boring when topped with lots of different dressings.

My husband and I have been cooking together alot lately. We have not been eating out at all. We had some BBQ chicken on the grill and we also fixed some chicken flavored rice too. That was very quick and easy.

we went away over the weekend and got home last night. everyone has gone to work or school today so we are all pretty tired and to that end, i have to agree with you. i think tonight's supper will be pasta too.

Funny we just decided on spaghetti too. However we are making our own sauce and garlic bread. Hopefully my daughter will cook but if doesn't feel like it I will.
