Worried,
Usually when I am worried I pray alot. I also try to find bible scriptures to help me feel more grounded, I will repeat positive affirmations and start to say them out aloud. And sometimes I will just try to do something to keep myself busy.

Funny but i admit i have that something to do when worried. I am doing nail biting too and deep thinking that looking far away without something to look. I Keep on walking back and forth then i will take a sit. Sometimes i sweat too, especially when weather is hot also.

I think I am more on fixing my hair or curling my hair when i am a bit worried. Also i can say that i roll my hanky a lot and try to move around.
I never bite my fingernails. But i tend to curl up my hair strands . Although i don't do that on interviews of course. Some things we do just to pass time and get excited for the result. During those times, well i just don't observe what else do i do when i get so tense .

I pull at the cuticle on my right pointer finger! I think at first my middle finger start to dig at it and then when it kinda starts tearing so then my pointer finger from my left hand goes to work when I really get worried! If it is really bad and I already did enough damage to right pointer . the right thumb get attacked!
jugsjugs I hear that if you can put tree oil on your fingers you will never bite again .. it is so nasty that the smell is enough to never want to put it to your mouth again!
happy lotting and heres to no more worries!

I just move around. Sometimes I use my arms, sometimes I move my legs. I never really know what I am doing, but I just move around.
I hate doing this when I am nervous. I feel like everybody around me can see it and know that I am nervous. But that just makes me more nervous and I continue moving. Its a bad habit I wish I could get out of.
