Do you "do" second chances?

How many times does someone have to inconvenience you, lie to you? hurt you or betray you before you give up on them?
Do you give second chances?
or do they have to screw up just the once?
Have you ever given a second chance and regretted it?
Have you ever NOT given a second chance and regretted it?

I always give people a second chance to correct thing or do thing around. sometimes I desire it and sometime I dont desire it... I never feel regret of giving someone a second chance cuz I believe each one of us need it.

Yes of course, I would only do second chances ONLY if I would know that they won't do it again. If they just say that they won't do it again, but they don't sound convincing, or their character is the type that lies often, then I won't give them any.
