True Love

You know sometimes when you watch romantic girly movies as they say and get all teary eyed, and you just think about the prospect of true love. You wonder what does it all mean that everyone has someone! It's amazing but at the same time it is too scary. I am one of those people who loves Romeo and Juliet except for when they die, but the part that sticks in my mind is when they first see each other. That is some powerful stuff. To me, when you look at someone how is it possible to just know that they are it, the one. I think no matter what it is, no matter what happens, and where i have to travel love is always right where it should be. When you think of love you think of someone to share it with. I read someone asking about should you leave if they have a deadly disease or if the situation seems like it is doomed from the start. I would rather spend two days with the love of my life than spend a lifetime never knowing him. I would rather stay up for two days straight soaking in all the memories that I can than be miserable with him to begin with. It's a no brainer for me, but some people who have never found love cannot understand. Picture this, you meet your dream guy and he is everything that you imagine him to be and then some. You have a courtship and you are married. You are the happiest that you will ever be and he gets into an accident. Some crazy person nearly runs him off the road. He's in the hospital room all bandaged up and he can barely speak. All he can do is look at you and listen to you. The doctor says he has 48 hours to live. His lungs are giving out. What would you say? What would you do? I would tell me about all the times we shared. I would thank him for being that one person who understands me and to save a spot for me. I would get some photos and make him laugh. Anything I could to make his last two days the most memorable days of his life. I know this is selfish but i would spend all that time with him i would not even want to share! My heart would be ripping out from the seams but I would give him all that I had! What about you?

You sound like a very slushy emotional romantic person like me!! I love all the love stories too, for me, the more romance there is in a move the better! One of my favourite films is Love Actually. Weirdly enough I have never seen Romeo and Juliet but I definatly want to, I love Shakespeare. Anyway yeah I think I would do the same thing if my boyfriend was in bed. I hate to think of him being there and I hate to think what I would do without him. But I would do everything I could in those 48 hours to make his life as happy as I could. I think it's important to always keep in mind that today might be your last day together so you don't dwell on argueing over small things. I get really bad nightmares though. For around 3 months pretty much everynight I had some horrible nightmare about him dying, leaving me or being hurt. Love is such a powerful emotion, it's hard to control your feelings sometimes.

You know what that was actually pretty cool. I like how people can be so emotional when it comes to someone that you love. I also think that love is powerful. I think that it can make or break you at times. When it is good it is the best thing you ever had. When it is bad, it breaks your heart. I love to see what people do for one another. It really lets you see how love can have a profound effect on people.
