I want to know are the Orlando Magic Fans ready to stand by their team by showing their unyeilding and loyal support when it is so much needed to them just showing them that we will always believe in Magic. The Orlando Magic lost a second game in L.A. no need for the excuseses we as a young team was still on a high of disbelief and could not believe we were in the NBA finals Entered the game unfocused for team play results game one L.A. Game two we know in our hearts and minds that the Orlando Magic can overcome these two losses game two 20 turnovers in the finals equaled a loss and caused us not to split the series in L.A.. Now we have to be equal to the task of not letting them win on our court we played two lost two on the road which has happened plenty of times in the finals now we have three games at home and we need all three wins but we are going to do it one game at a time. It does not have to be difficult for Orlando to win but you have to do the things that will make it easier as we have erased the losses and they are stored out of our minds and focused on game 3 just as L.A. has stored game one and two out of their minds. We have not been able to come together and play as a team as a team we are showing up to games and giving our best individual effort last game it was lewis keeping us in offensively if we sending the ball into howard and getting the looks then we are going to have to hit those baskets unless he is going to match him point for point are try to defense him which may cause him to get into foul trouble and he has stayed out of foul trouble and if he can continue to do that then we will win this series if we can be on the same page at the same time. We are going to need the scoring void to come from Lee,Pietrus,anthony,Redick and Austin weapons to use that got us here and now has just shut domn completly maybe it's the defensive matchups and height advantages? To help us win these three games at home we need good fan support we need to have a personality as Magic fans altogether you know how when you are watching television and the announcer asks his sidekick how are the fans what are their behavior like as fans in Orlando.We never had a personality for the leauge as fans or as a team so this is a good time for this first impressions are the best and longest lasting and rememberable.We are never a hostile crowd always courteous Remember the World is coming to visit our city to see Magic! This is the time for the team to get all the recognition they could ever want individually and as a team this is a time to come together and get our winning attitude and personality set as a team so when we look back we can pin point where,when and how our winning team personality and attitude was formed. We have to negate the psychological effect of losing both games and we do that by winning and that win will give us a boost out of this world that is when we use psychology to our advantage because the media will want to talk about Magic and we can start sharing the spotlight some. So win game three and good things start happening without a doubt for the Magic do not feed into the negative about Phil Jackson not losing a finals after winning game one when was the last time seven years ago. That was the Shaq and Kobe teams and Michael and Scotty the Zen Master had a lot of rotation of players and tactics at his disposal in that Era of his basketball Legacy he does not have a Jordan or a Scotty or Shaq but he still has a kobe Bryant to help with some of the chores. This is the time for the Orlando Magic Organization to put some structure to their franchise to form the team and continually build the team and make a dynasty. The young Dwight Howard and Coach Gundy communicated their differences Howard wants to be a leader for the team this is the time to start forming a good coach and player relationshop just like Kobe and Phil Jackson because howard is going to have a relationship with the players that the coach do not and they will have to use that communication to help them grow and build as a team good communications between coaches and players good deal. The time is for Howard and Van Gundy to play their roles and the rest will come together and follow I have watched this team and their play over the years in Orlando and agree with me that these thing or to important not to have already have been established but these thing have been over looked for all these years that is why Anthony Bowie even after conversing with coach hill could he try and get a triple double if he gets the ball because he never had a triple double he said no but when the rebound went to him he ignored the coach and got his triple double Doug Collings was livid and said Orlando wanted to run the score up on his team. Van Gundy can get all the recognition as this being his team as a coach and all the other coaches just a past memory eventhough Doc Rivers was a good coach of the year which is good to win but winning it with the world watching and the World media here to put him in the spotlight would have shined his coach of the year just that much more.But this gives an idea of how much team attitude and personality means or the effect of something that seem so simple and unimportant if the team had it when Doc Rivers was here he would have been remembered by the Orlando fans. Now Van Gundy can use this time to take this team and build it make it his in the World spotlight until infinity if he does it right and instead of the people talking about the 1995 team when you think of The Orlando Magic You'll think, Who, When, Where or what was formed as a winning team attitude, personality,and yes Stan Van Gundy it has to start somewhere?
