One skill needed to be successful in the world today?

What is a very important skill a person should learn in order to be successful in the world today?People succeed not merely beacuse they have one or more certain skills.However,if I have to choose one skill which is supposed to be useful to success,I think it should be the ability to convince or persuade others.What is your opinions,choose one skill and tell me why?

One needs determination to achieve success in his life beause without this, one can easily tread to a wrong path even if he has many fruitful ideas and understanding so if someone is determined he can overcome many failures to succeed with enthusiam.

I think a skill you should have is to be non-judgemental. Always hear others out, dont judge them by what they wear or how they talk! I think you should always get to know someone and listen to their views. Even if it isnt something that you are interested in, you should respect them enough to at least hear them out

I guess we don't need any skill but traits. Living in a difficult world today, I guess we all need DETERMINATION! We should be determine to pursue whatever we wish for to be successful amidst the economic crisis. If we have this we will not give up so easily.

mine would be communication...most of the time you have to deal with people at one point or another...
