Okay, so i have a blog created from google blogger and I created an adsense account to monetize it. Now my question is, I am not from the U.S, but i have joined zazzle (a POD site based in the U.S) my blog has referal links w/c directs to a site that is based in the U.S but i am not the owner. I want to know if i'm under Adsense's "Foreign publisher with NO U.S activities" or does having referal links mean i have US activites?
