i have just bought some banner credits from a ptc site and i need to know which is the best paid to promote site whose banner i should put up. the best meaning which one pays the highest rate. i know a couple of paid to promote sites but i am not sure whether they are genuine paying sites or not.could you please suggest me a good honest paying paid to promote site.
