Hello to all my people from Philippines, what are the requirements to get a EON card in Union Bank, Do i need to present a proof of billing? how much do i need to pay for a card? How fast can i get the card? Please guys i need more Information about EON Card. Thanks

I'm sorry for the late response. First of all, welcome here in mylot. I hope ypu are enjoying you stay here. You don' have to bring any proof of billing in your application. All you have to do is to completely fill out the application form, just bring with you two valid ID's and your 350 pesos for the membership fee. It will take two weeks for you to get the card.
