I had that too and I don`t why either.
BUT when I have this feeling,I`ll be very upset, disappointed and feel lonely,
just like the people around me disappear,SUDDENLY!

I've had that feeling several times. I think it happens because I start getting overwhelmed in life. Bad things happen habitually and I tend to not let them bother me when they happen, but at some point it catches up to me and I get overwhelmed by everything going on and it tends to depress me. It usually doesn't last too long before I bounce back, but I certainly know what you mean!

Yeah, I have had that feeling too. It's when you just suddenly feel so sad without really thinking specifically what the reason could be.
But right now, I'm really sad because me and my partner have fought and he hasn't talked to me all day. Well, it's entirely my fault, but I couldn't apologize if he won't talk to me.
I have hurt him so bad and I have a feeling this really is the end and there's nothing I can do about it. Me and my big mouth.
I'm really sorry for venting. It's just that these types of things where I have no control of just happens and I couldn't do anything else but just hope and pray that what I'm thinking isn't so.
Whew.

oh yea.
trust me. it happens most of the time. especially when i'm highly stressed. and i start having mood swings. or tears just bursts out of those tear darts for no apparent reason.
i guess it's just a way i let off "steam".

Yes I have. It usually happen when things didn't happen the way I want it to be or something wrong or sadden me happen. Usually when this happen, I will cry my heart out, eat and sleep a lot. Then I will do something else that will make me occupied with something else, so that my mind is stray away from the thought that hurt me.

Aww, I pity you. You should not eat a lot. I'm sure it's just psychology that you would eat and sleep a lot when u are sad. Cheer up yeah :) Perhaps you can do other things to distract you doing those things when you're sad

I think that the moment for me was when I got pregnant with my third child I wasn't sure what to expect and I had so many plans that I felt I wouldn't be to achive my goals and I got so bad that they put me on anti-depressants
