Hindus believe that a person comes in this world with his fortune enclosed in his hands. The fine and deep lines in your palms determines who, what, and how things are going to occur in your life. The science is called Palmistry. They say you have got one particular line as your life line, it determines how long you are gonna live, then there is the line for your mind which tells how strong or fickle minded you are. A particular line can determine how your spouse is going to be, how wealthy you are and so on. All the answers of your life could be unraveled if you can read between those fine lines in your palms. Some heavily rely on it, some say that it is nonsense, what do my fellow mylotters think about it? Do you think that those lines could unravel the mysteries? Do you believe in any other form of predictions or do you go by your guts? Just to add a thing more, it is said that according to your deeds (Karma) the fine lines change its courses, some of them get fade some becomes prominent in due course of your life.

I believe in palmistry and Think that everything is written on our palms in a sign language of lines. I believe in it becoz God have given our life in our palms but said notr to expose it or try to know the future.

Hi Coolcat, Isn't it tough to resist the temptation? I mean the future is written there in your palms and you are somehow holding yourself back from knowing it. Merry Christmas!

Hi dear friend, I think you weren't there for sometime recently. Just wanted to let you know that i have been to the Philippines early this year. I was at Manila and CDO. I found a truly amazing experience there. I was in love with the country. As far as a good palm reader is concerned I think they are rare species to be found. LOL. Do let me know if you find one, i would love to have my lines read too. have a great day.

I can say with certainty that palmistry has some truth in it, only few are good at reading it. the rest of them who read it are all doing it for money and will say anything that sometimes will sound very illogical and cannot happen. Lines on the palm have a lot to tell, just as the circles inside a tree trunk. only few have the ability to read it. whatever is our, will be given to us and the lines do reveal some of it. but this gives us a chance to get rid of those bad karma by striving to do good more karma. all these are relative and not a one way journey.

Wht does the fine lines in your palms say? Hi Bodhisatya, I can't say that I really believe in palmistry, I believe that everyone make their own choices and decisions in life, depending upon their upbringing because upbringing surely have a lot to do with how we feel about certain things. I'm a christian and with having said that I must say that I believe in God but not all the strange beliefs that people have had down through the ages. Would be interesting to have my palm read but I don't really believe in it. It's more of a novelty. thanks for posting, happy mylot.

Noo Actually my take is pretty similar to what you think. It interests me but I don't believe in it.I have seen people who are so engrossed in all these things that they fail to perform their basic duties. Thanks for sharing dear friend.
