What should you tell your sister if she is doing things you do not feel is right? She lets my niece and her friends drink at her house they are only 18 and now she told me that my niece that is 13 has been taking drinks from her beer and likes it. I am furious at her inexcusable behavior but I do not want to rock the boat with her because she tends to hold grudges against any buddy that says anything to her about her children.

i think if she is your own sister , it should be ok to tell her what she had done wrong , or maybe she has her own thinking , maybe she feel that the kids drink at her house is better than drinking outside , but anyway , i don't encourage kids to drink either at home or outside

Thank you for commenting. I agree her and I have very different views on how to raise children. It's just hard to see her go down a path that could end very bad.

I dont really see anything wrong with the 18 year olds drinking especially if its in her house where it can be supervised. Where i live the age of majority is 18 and we can go to bars pubs, etc. at that age. But the 13 year old should not be drinking under any circumstance. I would possible say something about your younger neice.
