Hey i really need the software.. can ayone help me out? which is the best software to edit images? i need to erase d backround, or change d colour of the particular thing... or some others that no one can find out its edited... can any one help me out?

well for me the best software to edit images is corel draw and photoshop

Well, I have been into this designing stuff..
According to me, best image editing software is Photoshop CS3 or CS4...
Has each and every tool you would ever need to have...

You can use Irfanview for simple/basic image editing. The GIMP is the best free alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It is an open source image editor. You can find it here: http://www.gimp.org/
There are another version of GIMP that is made to looked like Adobe Photoshop, it is called GIMPshop: http://www.gimpshop.com/.

MS Paint has always worked well for me.
But I've heard some variant of Photoshop is good if you can learn.
