Seeking Advice

I'm so hurt by my good friends actions. To save some time explaining this whole story I'll cut it short. I have known this girl for a little over 2 years and we were very good friends. She looked at me as her best guy friend and she was my best female friend. I've always liked her and she has always liked me back but as of 3 weeks ago we don't talk anymore due to complications with our friendship.
At first she didn't want to try dating in fear of losing our friendship, a lot of good that did. All of my friends tell me not to waste my time on her now because she lead me on, used me and left me. Now shes pleading with me to meet up so we can mend our friendship. I just don't know if I should try to fix things with her. I miss her a lot but shes put me through a lot of b.s. Anybody else been in my position that cares to share some advice?

I have not been in such situation. But if assuming that you feel something for her, then I think you should give here a chance. I really do not know what happened to your friendship considering that you only said there were complications. On the other hand, your friends tells you that she is just using you.... Are they right about their observations? If you think they are right, then you should be careful. Perhaps she will use you again. But if you think they are wrong, then go ahead, let your feelings lead your heart. But just be cautious. After all, love should be a give and take relationship and there should always be respect, not abuse. Best to you and may you find the answers within your heart.
